Dr Matthew Evans

I aim to provide a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space to support people with the difficulties they are facing and work on making things easier. ​

I can offer a range of therapies, from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to a more reflective type of therapy. ​

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with more than eight years of post-qualification experience of working in the NHS. I have experience of working in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, families and adults. In addition I have worked in community clinics, I have extensive experience of teaching, training and supervision.

Qualifications and Memberships:

  • Member of the HCPC (Practitioner Psychologist - PYL27539)​
  • Fully accredited member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists - 140335)
  • Chartered member of the British Psychological Society​
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the UCL​
  • First Class Bsc Hons Degree in Psychology and Dissertation Prize from Durham University
